Content Linked to by OnOneMap
The Web sites displayed as search results or linked to by OnOneMap are developed by people over whom OnOneMap exercises no control. The property search results that appear in OnOneMap are discovered by OnOneMap's automated machinery and computers, and OnOneMap cannot and does not screen the results. A search using OnOneMap may produce search results and links to sites that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. We cannot guarantee that an OnOneMap search will not locate unintended or objectionable content and assume no responsibility for the content of any site included in any search results or otherwise linked to by OnOneMap.

Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall OnOneMap be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
Requests for Removal of Links or Cached Materials
The general approach that OnOneMap takes reflects the following principles:
OnOneMap's search consists of information that has been identified, indexed and compiled through an automated process with no advance review by human beings. OnOneMap cannot and does not screen anything made available through its web site. For each Web site reflected in OnOneMap's search results, if either (i) a site owner restricts public access to his or her Web site or (ii) a site is taken down from the Web, then OnOneMap will consider on a case-by-case basis requests to remove the link to that site from its search engine results. However, if the operator of the site does not take steps to prevent it, the Web site will be searched again in a relatively short amount of time.
Miscellaneous Provisions
These terms and conditions will be governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. Should one or several stipulations of the present terms and conditions be held as not valid or considered as such to apply a law, a regulation, or pursuant to a final decision of a qualified jurisdiction, all other stipulations of the contract would retain their force and scope.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
