Submitting to OnOneMap
OnOneMap gets its property information in a wide variety of different ways. If you are an agent wanting to send us details of properties for sale, we provide you with a choice of how to do this. All of these methods are free of charge and open to any to any agent wishing to make sure OnOneMap users see their property. Choose the method that suits you - we simply aim to index every property for sale or rent in the UK. Please note that as OnOneMap is a search engine, it will always be free to submit properties.
Ways to submit your property information
There are four ways to submit your property information to OnOneMap. Use the table below to work out which one works for you:
| Fill in a form | Email a CSV | Upload a CSV (FTP) | Use the API | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Technical knowledge required | None | Low | Moderate | High |
| Suitable for | Small numbers of properties | Agents and developers | Agents and developers | Developers |
| Other requirements | None | FTP client | None |
The fill in a form method allows you to simply enter all the required information about a property in a form on our website, and we'll add the property to our indexing queue immediately. The property will then appear OnOneMap within the following few hours provided that it passes our editorial guidelines. This method is suitable for those agents who wish to use a very simple system and have few properties to submit.

The email a CSV method is suitable for anyone who is able to either manually or automatically produce a spreadsheet of properties, using our template as a guide. There is no limit to the number of properties that you may submit using this method, and you may update your submission as often as you like.
